Return & Refund Policy

At HomioZon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used kitchen items that come into contact with food
  • Personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@homiozon.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to the address we provide


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we'll cover return shipping costs
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us at support@homiozon.com. We'll help arrange the exchange and provide instructions.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@homiozon.com with photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by us


International Returns

For international orders, please contact us before returning any items. International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
